about the diet plan, its even more difficult since p90x makes you hungry, more like famished. at one point i ate 14pcs of bread at the local Italian place. 

I can&#039;t do it all the time either - i find myself skipping a lot of workouts since its still summer.  my loss has stalled again :(  i do know why.</description>

		<description>don&#039;t feel alone. i did 6 weeks and gained a lb and had zero change in my body fat %. 

then i changed it up, i started eating a lot less than before.  over the next four weeks of phase 2 i felt hungry all the time. but i lost 12 lbs and came down by 5% body fat!  so thing is, follow the 90x diet part - but you have to cut back on calories - a lot. and it will work great.

i did feel really depleated during workouts, kinda weak, and my strength didn&#039;t go up much but it made such a huge difference to eat very little. i think 1200 cal / day and i&#039;m 200lb 5-11.  

keep in mind your body gets a huge hungar surge when you workout on p90x, and that can stop your loss.
